Investors now see a valuation of $1 trillion to $1.5 trillion for its Nasdaq debut, down from a $2 trillion target floated in recent months, per CNBC. On Polymarket, odds that the IPO lands in the top half of that range rose to 50% from 28%, and odds of a Nov. 20 listing rose to 34% from 24%. Odds of a listing by Nov. 19 fell to 17% from 28%.

It also agreed to a $3.4B deal for 1.7 GW of data center generators from OnePWR Solutions, per Reuters, citing the FT.

US memo says China recruited an executive to spy on Nvidia's CEO

The memo says China's Ministry of State Security recruited an executive at Megaspeed, a Singapore company, to spy on Jensen Huang, per TechCrunch, citing the New York Times. Nvidia said it does not share classified information with customers.

The Times also found an empty office at New Matrix, a Chinese buyer the Commerce Department cleared for advanced Nvidia chips.

October inflation lands Tuesday
